In addition to the Distance selling Regulations you can return goods to us within 14 working days after receipt of the goods.
When you return the items, they must be in original condition with all labels still attached.
Some items cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging for hygiene purposes. This includes tights. We understand that you are buying from the internet, and may need to change what you’ve bought, therefore we have included a returns form in your order, to make it as easy as possible for you to return.
You can indicate on this form if you would like to receive replacement items (an exchange for a different size or colour of the same item) or a refund.
In the case of exchanges, please indicate which size or colour you would like. Unfortunately we cannot assure you if the goods will be available at the time of receipt of your return. We can suggest however, when you send your return, to send us an email as soon as possible to let us know that you would like to reserve a certain size or colour, and we can see if we are able to reserve the stock for you. Again, we cannot confirm that we will be able to, but we’ll always try to help.
You are responsible for the delivery costs of the returned items. You are responsible for the returned items until we receive them. We therefore suggest using a reliable delivery service for the returning of the goods.
We will refund your account once we have received the goods.
Please contact us if you do not see your refund within 7 days of return to your account. Things sometimes may go wrong, but we will try to make it as smooth as possible.
